CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 10, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- NN, Inc., (Nasdaq: NNBR) ("NN" or "the Company") a diversified industrial company, today announced that it is commencing an underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of its common stock. In connection with this offering, NN expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares of common stock. There can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.
NN intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay the $200,000,000 second lien secured credit facility incurred in connection with the acquisition of Paragon Medical, Inc. and the remaining net proceeds, if any, for general corporate purposes.
