According to the recently released National Restaurant Association report "Restaurant Industry 2020: A Snapshot of the Future," Industry competition will continue to intensify in the years ahead, and operators will have to focus on offering elevated levels of food and service in tandem with technological enhancements. Nirvana XP taps into development by teaming up with Epson and providing restaurants with the best technology available for enhanced service.
The National Restaurant Association report also states that "nearly four in 10 consumers say they will be likely to use an electronic ordering system and menus on tablet computers." Nirvana XP and Epson together enable consumers to more easily place in-store, takeout and delivery orders and provide feedback from their mobile devices.
"A lot of restaurants are seeing an increase in table turn when mobile devices are used," said Tom Kettell, director, commercial channel sales at Epson. "Nirvana XP's truly integrated mobile application platform perfectly complements our intelligent- receipt and kitchen printers that seamlessly work with any iPad and Android tablet devices, making it easier for restaurant owners to run a more efficient and profitable establishment."
"Mobility is transforming the way the food and beverage industry run their businesses and interact with their customers," said Kris Parikh, founder & CEO of Nirvana XP. " Together with Epson, we are better able to allow businesses to manage their dining floors, in-store orders, online and web orders, billing, real-time customer feedback, analytics and much more with a single mobile application platform, so they can eliminate multiple vendors and fees."
