Reaching over 80 million unique consumers every month, SVnetwork has built an extensive platform that delivers brand engagements for major advertisers such as Microsoft, Visa, Disney, Toyota, and Procter & Gamble to consumers across leading publishing and social media sites. Loria will build the company's sales force and work with top advertisers across industries to maximize SVnetwork's revenue.
A pioneer in digital media, Loria has built top-performing sales and marketing teams both nationally and globally. As SVP of Sales at Viacom, Loria's leadership resulted in over $1 billion in ad sales for MTV Networks, and he tripled the number of on-air brands for CMT, increasing sales from $20 million to $80 million. Prior to Viacom, he spent 8 years with Turner Broadcasting where he was SVP of the North America International Division. Loria has also created, developed, and implemented revenue strategies for a number of digital startups including Massive, Joost, and TidalTV. As EVP and CRO at Massive, Inc., Loria recruited a global sales team and negotiated $1.6 million in billings with major advertisers before the company was acquired by Microsoft in 2006. Most recently, Loria ran his own consulting firm called Third Millennium based out of New York.
"I'm thrilled to be joining the number one company in performance brand advertising," said Nick Loria, CRO of SVnetwork. "SVnetwork's proven track record of delivering incredible ROI for partners and advertisers puts the company in a prime position for growth."
The announcement comes shortly after the official launch of SVnetwork, which has been operating in beta since 2009. SVnetwork's unique brand advertising platform charges advertisers only when a consumer has engaged with their brand, as opposed to per impression. Across millions of engagements, SVnetwork is proven to deliver campaigns with 100 times higher click rates than display advertising.
"Nick is a key component of SVnetwork's management team and revenue strategy," said Jay Samit, CEO of SVnetwork. "We are prepared to work with forward-thinking CMOs around the globe to maximize the impact of their digital media buys."
