JUNO BEACH, Fla., Dec. 22, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, announced that on Dec. 16, 2011, its subsidiary Golden Winds, LLC, issued Class B membership interests to JPMorgan Capital Corporation in exchange for approximately $131 million at closing, and an expected additional $78 million capital contribution in early 2012. Golden Winds consists of three California wind farms with an aggregate capacity of 205.9 megawatts.
