NexPoint Real Estate Finance, Inc. Announces $10.0 Million Stock Repurchase Program
DALLAS, March 9, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- NexPoint Real Estate Finance, Inc. (NYSE: NREF) ("NREF") announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the repurchase of up to $10.0 million of its common stock. This authorization expires on March 9, 2022. NREF may utilize various methods to effect the repurchases, and the timing and extent of the repurchases will depend upon several factors, including market and business conditions, regulatory requirements and other corporate considerations, including whether NREF's common stock is trading at a significant discount to book value per share. Repurchases under this program may be discontinued at any time.
