A seasoned education staff with extensive business strategy and development experience will position ACES for optimum growth and profit.
Jason Kumpf, CEO/Director - Mr. Kumpf started his career with an international Fortune 500 company, America Movil, where his experience of implementing innovative programs to acquire new customers and retain existing clients allowed him to quickly rise through the ranks. Through concentrated marketing efforts, America Movil was able to attract over 12 million clients.
Mr. Kumpf then took his knowledge and experience to entrepreneurs by opening a business development and financing consulting company. He helped numerous start-up companies and small businesses grow rapidly by helping them focus on their strategy, business development and financing.
Mr. Kumpf was an integral part of turning a start-up company into a $1.2 billion profitable national company. Its customers are in the same segment that ACES is targeting, those in a lower income bracket and with a need for vocational education.
Alberto Crespo, Director - Mr. Crespo is currently the Lead Instructor at the Gaines Alternative School of St. John's County School District in Saint Augustine, Florida. In this role, he has been instrumental in transitioning the school from a traditional teaching model to its current web-based model. Thanks to his efforts and insight the change was seamless and the students continue to thrive in this new virtual learning environment.
Awarded "Teacher of the Year" for 2007-2008 for the district's alternative programs, Mr. Crespo's district and state level curriculum development workshops are in high demand and he is consistently asked to weigh in on current education issues and how they impact the alternative learning environment.
Mr. Crespo, fluent in English and Spanish, holds a dual B.S. in International Business and Marketing from Florida Atlantic University and a teacher's certification facilitated by the Educator's Preparatory Institute from St. John's River College. Fred Greene, Director - Mr. Greene, exceptionally versed in both the education and online sectors, has over 10 years experience in the investment banking and mortgage banking industries. Prior to joining ACES, he was VP of Institutional Sales at BLP Financial, a corporate financial advisor, and, before that, held the same position at Rogo Capital, a boutique investment bank. Mr. Greene was also Director of Business Development for Arriva Capital, a boutique investment banking firm, where he specialized in introducing small and mid-sized companies to institutional and high net worth investors. In the education sector, Mr. Greene was a business development and marketing consultant at Options University, an online leader in investor education. Mr. Greene served with honor and distinction in the U.S. Marine Corps and earned his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida in Health Education as well as an MBA in Management.
