Network CN Inc. Signs Cooperation Agreement on Project Nanjing East Road and Acts as the Sales Agent of Marvel Digital's Products
HONG KONG, March 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Network CN Inc. (OTCBB.NWCN) announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, Linkrich Enterprise Advertising and Investment Limited, has entered into an agreement to cooperate with a subsidiary of Marvel Digital Ltd ("Marvel Digital") to operate the Project Nanjing East Road ("the Project"). NWCN will act as the sales agent of Marvel Digital's products and services.
Project Nanjing East Road
NWCN has the exclusive right to operate 52 roadside advertising panels along Nanjing Road in Shanghai, China since 2008. In 2013, NWCN plans to install newly technologic panels along Nanjing Road. Marvel Digital is an innovator in 3D auto stereoscopic technology, a manufacturer of high quality 3D portrait displays and Asia's first-ever glasses-free 3D portrait display series. Under the cooperation agreement signed, Marvel Digital will invest 52 roadside 3D panels and software application along Nanjing Road, including 3D portrait displays, Marvel3Ds, glasses-free 3D 2D-to-stereo (auto-stereoscopic) 3D conversion services. NWCN will be responsible to operate the panels and sell the advertising airtime to customers directly. This project is only regarded as the kick-start project. Marvel Digital became NWCN's working partner and will continue to cooperate in the future projects.
Act as the Sales Agent of Marvel Digital's products and services
Marvel Digital provides one stop solutions in the whole 3D material production chain including 3D displays, 3D software, 3D content creation and 2D to 3D conversion. With NWCN's current advertising experiences and the network in China, NWCN will also serve as the sales agent of Marvel Digital's products and services.
