netForensics Celebrates 10 Years in the Federal Community with Federal Customer User Group
Conference to Take Place June 9-10th at the Westin Alexandria in Alexandria, VA
EDISON, N.J., June 9 /PRNewswire/ -- netForensics, Inc., a leader in the Security Information and Event Management market, today announced their 2010 Federal Customer User Group marks the company's 10th anniversary of providing security solutions to the federal market. The nFX Federal User Group is taking place today and tomorrow at the Westin Alexandria in Alexandria, VA.
The nFX Federal User Group is a yearly conference organized exclusively for netForensics' federal customers that brings together industry experts and the netForensics' executive team for two days of education, strategy, peer networking, and training. During this year's event, netForensics' federal customers will learn about product roadmaps for nFX SIM One and nFX Cinxi One, 2010 Federal Security Legislation, NIST updates, FISMA framework and reporting, product performance techniques and more. Key conference speakers include Paul Reymann, CEO of the Reymann Group and one of the nation's leading regulatory and compliance experts, and Dr. Robert Young, a renowned speaker and expert in Cyber Security, and Information Operations.
"This year's Federal User Group has been tremendously well received with over half our federal customers participating," said Dale Cline, CEO of netForensics. "Our federal users are incredibly important to netForensics, and I am happy to provide them with a forum to come together with their peers, listen to industry experts, share best practices, and take away valuable security techniques."
In addition to the nFX Federal User Group, netForensics has continued to demonstrate its commitment to the federal community this year. In March, netForensics announced that it had entered into EAL 2+ certification for both its nFX Cinxi One and nFX SIM One solutions. And in April, netForensics was awarded the U.S. Army Certificate of Networthiness for its nFX Cinxi One v4.1 software, signifying that nFX Cinxi One v4.1 is in full compliance with the Army Enterprise Infrastructure's strict standards for security, compatibility, and sustainability.
"As a key provider of security information and event management solutions to the United States Government, netForensics continues to place our solutions into rigorous evaluations and testing standards to ensure they meet the challenges of government use," said Tracy Hulver, Executive Vice President of Products and Marketing at netForensics. "We value our federal customers and are dedicated to providing them with the best solutions on the market."
