MedTel Solutions Signs Letter of Intent
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., May 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Medical Xpress Solutions, Inc., (OTC QB: NMXS), a leader in the telemedicine market, announced today the company has signed a letter of intent to acquire MedTel Solutions, a telemedicine staffing company based in Huntsville, AL. MedTel Solutions is a physician staffing agency that specializes in the staffing and recruitment of telemedicine physicians. Consideration for the acquisition will be announced upon completion of the final agreement, which is expected by June 30, 2013.

With the acquisition, Net Medical will operate four telemedicine units including: Net Medical Xpress Solutions, Inc. providing software development, infrastructure and networking services; Net Medical Xpress Services, a teleradiology diagnostic service; Net Medical Xpress Specialists, a clinical service for hospitals needing neurologists, psychiatrists and cardiologists for telemedicine; and Net Medical Xpress Staffing, providing telemedicine physician recruiting and staffing.
