Net Health Systems Announces New Chief Financial Officer

PITTSBURGH, Jan. 8, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Health Systems, the leading provider of clinical documentation and work flow systems for the rapidly growing field of wound care, is pleased to announce hiring Patrick Rooney as its Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Rooney brings over 20 years of expansive professional experience to Net Health.  Most recently, he served in a consulting role with a large, publicly traded company performing acquisition integration services. Previously, Mr. Rooney was CFO for a manufacturing company. He has served as CFO of a start-up in the solar energy industry, where he was part of the executive team effort of raising over $150 million in funding. Mr. Rooney began his career at Deloitte, one of the largest professional services firms in the world, where he had numerous leadership roles as a Partner.

Mr. Rooney is a CPA and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University.
