Net Health Announces WoundExpert® version 5.3 achieves Meaningful Use Stage 2 certification
PITTSBURGH, Feb. 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Health, the leader in software solutions for outpatient specialty care, is pleased to announce that WoundExpert® version 5.3 achieved Meaningful Use Stage 2 certification on December 5, 2013 as a Complete EHR by Drummond Group, an ONC-ATCB approved testing entity. WoundExpert version 5.3 was released for general availability on January 20, 2014 and supports the Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures required for eligible providers to qualify for funding under the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), part of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

This certified product-version requires a one-time cost for an extract of patient summaries (170.314.b.7).
