Mother-Daughter fashion show features breast cancer survivors as models
ARDMORE, Pa., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Neiman Marcus at the King of Prussia Mall will be the site of a special mother-daughter event -- a back-to-school fashion show featuring breast cancer survivors as models. The show will take place Saturday, September 11 from 4:00-6:00 pm.

The goal of this event is to honor breast cancer survivors and recognize the important work that Philadelphia-based, global nonprofit Breastcancer.org does in supporting them in their battle against breast cancer. The Neiman Marcus event is a kick-off for the Breastcancer.org Rock the Ribbon concert, a night honoring the nonprofit's 10-year anniversary. Grammy Award-winning artist Harry Connick, Jr. will be the evening's featured performer. Philadelphia native and renowned musician and songwriter Lauren Hart will emcee. Rock the Ribbon will be held at the Philadelphia's famed Academy of Music on October 30, 2010.
Two premiere tickets to the Rock the Ribbon concert will be raffled off at the Neiman Marcus event. Additionally, the Philadelphia Eagles cheerleaders will attend the fashion show, walking the runway alongside the breast cancer survivors to show their support. Radio station B101 also will be in attendance, with mid-day on-air host Jenn Ryan serving as the fashion show emcee.
The fashion show will be held on the third floor at Neiman Marcus. Tickets are free.
