Neighbors Health, LLC. Names Tensie Homan Axton New Chief Financial Officer

HOUSTON, Dec. 16, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Neighbors Health, LLC., the parent company of Neighbors Emergency Center, has named Tensie Homan Axton its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Axton is an accomplished executive and certified public accountant, with extensive experience overseeing financial and operating management in mergers and acquisitions, banking, distribution, manufacturing and healthcare. Axton will begin duties for Neighbors Health on December 19.

As CFO, Axton will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial organization that can enable Neighbors Health to continue to grow throughout the U.S. freestanding emergency center markets.

As the Office Managing Partner of KPMG LLP., Axton was the partner in charge of Transaction Services; she had an integral role in the development of the Transaction Services practice for both KPMG offices in Denver, CO and Silicon Valley, CA; and led large integration projects in the mining and waste industries.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Pinnacle Medical Holdings, LLC. in Denver, Axton developed and managed a multispecialty medical practice through a full consolidation and redeployment on the private market.
