Crissi Avila joins the board as the Networking Chair on the Membership Committee. Crissi is a Partner at Deasy Penner & Partners in Los Angeles and has been a licensed realtor since 2004 selling, buying and flipping homes. She also sits on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters, Los Angeles.
Judith Gordon, Esq. joins the board as the Strategy & Development Leadership Chair on the Board Strategy & Development Committee. Judith is the founder of LeaderEsQ, a consultancy that equips professionals and other high-achievers with the mental and emotional fitness tools needed to thrive in high-demand, high-stress environments.
Laurel Mintz joins the board as the Vice President of the Marketing Committee. Laurel is the owner and founder of Elevate My Brand, a digital marketing and events agency that provides innovative and creative solutions for new, emerging brands and well-established companies.
Ashley Shepherd joins the board as the Planning Chair on the Programming Committee. Ashley is the Corporate Meeting Planner for the pharmaceutical company Grifols.
