HAMPTON, Va., Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The Tuesday, Feb. 2, lecture by William Forstchen, author of the New York Times best seller "One Second After" at NASA's Langley Research Center in Hampton is postponed.

Forstchen was scheduled to discuss the thesis of his book concerning how a major electromagnetic pulse or EMP could be a global perfect storm for our electrical distribution system, communications, and the new technology society.
The 7:30 p.m. presentation of Fortschen's talk "EMP, and the Potential for a Nationwide or Global 'Katrina,' of our Electronic Infrastructure" at the Virginia Air & Space Center in downtown Hampton will be rescheduled, as well.
