GREENBELT, Md., Sept. 9, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- NASA has awarded the Programmatic and Institutional Knowledge Exchange Services contract to Ingenicomm, Inc. of Chantilly, Virginia.
The 8(a) small business set-aside, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a minimum ordering value of $1,000 and a maximum ordering value of $10 million. The period of performance is for 5-years beginning Sept. 9 and individual efforts may extend beyond five years.
The contractor will provide personnel, services and all materials necessary to plan, arrange, coordinate, and negotiate events, which include, but are not limited to, conferences, peer reviews, colloquia, symposia, workshops, and various meeting formats. The work includes logistical, coordination, and management support for all events and planning services of future events. If applicable, or as determined by the contractor, an attendee's registration information will be created, developed and maintained for each event.
