MTI Network Expands Services to Offer Financial Communications, Appoints Richard Lemanski
STAMFORD, Conn., March 10 /PRNewswire/ -- The MTI Network, the leading global communications network and crisis responder serving the shipping and energy industries, today announced that it is expanding its services to offer financial communication and investor relations services and appointed Richard M. Lemanski as Managing Director, MTI Network (USA), Inc., to lead this new practice.
Mr. Lemanski has 20 years of experience in the shipping and energy industries in all aspects of finance, investor relations, corporate communications, and mergers and acquisitions, particularly in crisis situations. Much of his career was spent at Stolt-Nielsen S.A. (Oslo Bors: SNI) a diversified publicly traded company with interests in chemical transportation and storage as well as offshore construction, in a wide variety of roles including Senior Vice-President of Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and Corporate Communications. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Eastwind Maritime Inc., a private shipowner operating in the dry bulk, container, tanker, and reefer sectors.
