MS&L Midwest Bolsters Senior Team and Names Jeff Bodzewski Vice President, Corporate Branding and Joan Cetera, SVP, Consumer Home and Wellness
Additions Broaden Agency Experience in Corporate Reputation and Branding
CHICAGO, Feb. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- MS&L has announced the hiring of Joan Cetera as Senior Vice President, Consumer Home and Wellness practice leader, and Jeff Bodzewski as Vice President, Corporate Branding. The two will be based in the Chicago office, which, despite the down economy, experienced a dramatic expansion in 2009, with the addition of key brands, including DeVry University, Delta Faucets, Daisy brands, Wasa Crispbread, and Riddell.

In her new role, Cetera will oversee client relationships with P&G, Delta Faucets and Daisy brands. Her broad-based consumer marketing experience ranges from financial services to toys and has included global clients from McDonald's to Microsoft to Chase and Jim Beam Brands in her more than 13 years of public relations experience. She joins MS&L from Ogilvy PR, where she was senior vice president, and also held the post of deputy consumer group director.
At Ogilvy PR, Cetera led teams for tourism, toy and consumer packaged goods companies, including the Brazil Ministry of Tourism, VTech toys, Playmobil, Tropicana, Johnson & Johnson, Bausch & Lomb and Jelmar (CLR). Prior to her tenure at Ogilvy, Cetera worked on a broad range of consumer accounts at JSH&A, Edelman and Golin/Harris. She holds a bachelor of science in news-editorial journalism from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School.

Conversely, Bodzewski will manage key corporate client relationships, including DeVry University and the Kellogg School of Management, while assisting with the expansion of the office's corporate and word of mouth marketing practices. Throughout his career, Bodzewski has led successful award winning marketing programs for leading global brands such as Microsoft, Centrica, Dow Chemical, Infiniti, TransUnion and Sprint.

Prior to joining MS&L, Bodzewski was an Account Director at Zocalo Group, a part of Ketchum, managing word of mouth marketing programs for some of the agency's largest clients, such as Infiniti, Midas and Capital One. A customer service and resolution program he created for client Cricket Wireless became an industry standard for protecting a brand against negative attacks in the social media landscape. Bodzewski holds a bachelor of arts from Purdue University and MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
