SOMERS, N.Y., June 10, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Merritt Healthcare is pleased to announce that the Fairfield Surgery Center ("FSC") has sold an interest to National Surgical Hospitals, a leading ASC and surgical hospital operator.  Fairfield Surgery Center, part of Orthopaedic Specialty Group, is National Surgical Hospital's first presence in Connecticut and eighth ambulatory surgery center nationwide.
