Meridium and GPAllied Join to Provide Extended RCM Capabilities
FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Meridium, the global leader in asset performance management (APM) software and consulting solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with GPAllied to offer GPAllied's RCM Blitz™ methodology as an extension to Meridium's Reliability Centered Maintenance software module. The announcement was made at the kickoff of the Reliability 2.0 conference taking place this week in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
The joint offering will be known as the RCM Blitz™ Packaged Solution and is designed for customers who wish to use Meridium software to follow RCM Blitz™, a proven RCM methodology designed with efficiency as a top priority.
Meridium and GPAllied have collaborated to define and implement the RCM Blitz™ configuration extensions while ensuring full compliance with the SAE JA1011-12 standard. GPAllied will also utilize the RCM Blitz™ configuration of the Meridium RCM product for consulting services, led by co-facilitators who set a pace for RCM teams to complete the RCM cycle 30% faster than traditional approaches.
"By adding the capability of GPAllied's RCM Blitz™ into Meridium's RCM/FMEA software, their clients have the option to use either of the two most recognized RCM solutions on the market in a single application," according to Paula Hollywood, Sr. Analyst, ARC Advisory Group.
Through this partnership, GPAllied will become a Meridium Certified Partner™, providing various consulting services to Meridium clients, as well as using Meridium's Reliability Analytics application for consulting services.
"Drawing on the strengths and core competencies of both Meridium and GPAllied, this partnership offers the opportunity for both companies to provide extended software and service capabilities into our customer base with the ultimate goal of improving operational efficiency for our client companies," said Bonz Hart, Meridium President and CEO.
"At the core of every GPAllied offering has always been two dominant themes - match the maturity level of the solution to the organization's ability to execute and the overarching theme of integration. Integrating our best practice methodologies with Meridium's best practice software solution was simply the next logical step in this evolution," according to John Schultz, Founding Partner, Allied Reliability. "We at GPAllied will work with Meridium to develop SaaS models to fit the needs of individual clients."
