Eger, a doctoral candidate at the University of Colorado, conducts social science research on computing occupations, gender, organizations and education with NCWIT's Workforce and K-12 Alliances. She is a co-author of NCWIT's Girls and IT report, the Male Advocates report and the upcoming revision of the Women and IT report.
