Mediacom Upgrades to Concurrent's Media Data Service Solution
ATLANTA, May 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Concurrent (Nasdaq: CCUR), a worldwide leader in video and media data and advertising solutions, today announced it has signed a multi-year contract with Mediacom Communications Corporation, a cable company serving more than 1,400 communities throughout the US. Mediacom's marketing, advertising sales, engineering and operations strategies will be supported with a turnkey service offering of Concurrent's Media Data and Advertising Solutions (MDAS). Under the agreement, Concurrent will upgrade and manage Mediacom's VOD data infrastructure with a fully-hosted platform and a comprehensive portfolio of data logistics and managed services.

The new agreement provides Mediacom a turnkey media data service based on Concurrent's latest VOD Operational Reporting Solutions. This industry leading solution serves as the foundation for an end-to-end cross services data solution, providing Mediacom the capability to collect and aggregate data from VOD, Linear, and Interactivity across their 1.3 million subscriber footprint.
