At MedAvail, Will oversees all aspects of the customer experience, data analytics and the marketing strategy. His team uses data to tell the story of how marketing activities impact the customer journey and ultimately the business.
Before joining MedAvail, Will was SVP Customer Marketing at Go Daddy, where he was responsible for the global customer marketing strategy. Under Will's direction, using the latest in marketing techniques and technologies, Go Daddy made huge strides in reducing customer churn.
Prior to Go Daddy, Will honed his marketing skills and experience to drive significant growth at both Raise and Nutrisystem and he was VP and General Manager at Orbitz. As part of the early Orbitz team, they created a world-class consumer experience, laying the foundation for the future acquisition of Orbitz Worldwide by Expedia.
Will holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
