McKool Smith Donates $175,000 to Dallas Nonprofit Vogel Alcove

DALLAS, April 27 /PRNewswire/ -- The national law firm of McKool Smith is announcing a donation of $175,000 to Dallas' Vogel Alcove as the Pinnacle Sponsor for the organization's 19th Annual Arts Performance event.

Firm co-founder Mike McKool and his wife Erin, a Vogel Alcove board member, co-chaired this year's event with AT&T Inc. Group President Forrest Miller and his wife Cynthia.

The Annual Arts Performance took place on April 20 at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in the Dallas Arts District. The event, which funds at least half of the nonprofit agency's annual budget, included a performance by renowned Las Vegas entertainer Terry Fator, a Dallas native and winner of America's Got Talent.

Vogel Alcove provides a range of free social services for homeless infants, preschool children and their families in the Dallas area. At the Alcove, children develop social and interpersonal skills, enjoy supervised play, and learn basic educational skills important to their long-term development in a stable and nurturing environment. McKool Smith has been a proud sponsor of the Vogel Alcove for more than 15 years.
