NEW YORK, Oct. 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- MANKIND fragrance by Kenneth Cole and Men's Health, the largest men's magazine in the world, revealed today United States military veteran Noah Galloway as the winner of the search for "The Ultimate Men's Health Guy." The contest was presented by MANKIND, the new fragrance for men, to celebrate the evolved modern man. Inspired by the everyday hero that is defined by his own expectations; the fragrance embodies attributes that also reflect the "Ultimate Men's Health Guy".
From Alabaster, Alabama, Galloway was chosen by the magazine's readers and an all-star judging panel featuring designer and style icon Kenneth Cole; Fox Football's Erin Andrews; The Today Show's Willie Geist; CNN's Chris Cuomo and Men's Health Editor-in-Chief, Bill Phillips, following a nationwide search. From an initial pool of 1,300 entries the field was narrowed down to three finalists: Galloway, New Yorker Finny Akers and Kavan Lake from Annapolis, Maryland.
Galloway debuts on the cover of the November 2014 issue of Men's Health magazine, published by Rodale Inc. marking the first time in the U.S. magazine's 26 year history that a reader graces the cover.

Aspiring "Ultimate Guys" submitted entries on the Men's Health website in the spring of 2014. The contest hit the road in April, with live events at Macy's in New York City, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, and Chicago. In July, the top three finalists were flown to New York City for a cover shoot, and to meet with the judges one-on-one and make their final pitch for why they were the Ultimate Men's Health Guy.
