The new legal entity, MacLean Sky L.L.C., will be fully integrated into the Fastener Components Group of MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions.

Sky Manufacturing, founded in 1997, is a fast growing aerospace bolt maker selling components into the aerospace market and has many OEM certifications. Sky Manufacturing's specialty is supplying NASM male fasteners up to 1.25 inches from A286, Inconel 718CR, Titanium, 4340, and 8740 alloys.
MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions supplies Fastener Components, Engineered Components and Linkage and Suspension Components to a wide range of industries including automotive, heavy truck, aerospace, appliance, wind, and mining.
