Lynden International names Shatara Business Development Director

SEATTLE, Nov. 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Lynden International, a full-service freight forwarding and logistics company, has promoted Paulette Shatara to Business Development Director Europe Oil & Gas. Based in Houston, Shatara will be responsible for sales and developing oil and gas opportunities for Lynden with its European partners.

Shatara was previously an account executive for Lynden in Houston. She studied accounting at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas and is the founder of the non-profit organization Supplying Smiles, which provides school supplies to elementary students in need. She is a member of the American Association of Drilling Engineers (AADE), the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce and the National Association of Professional Women.
