Lori S. Hoberman Joins Chadbourne & Parke To Spearhead Emerging Company/Venture Capital Practice

NEW YORK, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- The international law firm of Chadbourne & Parke LLP today announced that Lori S. Hoberman has joined the firm in New York to lead a newly formed Emerging Company/Venture Capital (EC/VC) team.

Ms. Hoberman, who is a corporate partner, comes to Chadbourne from the New York office of Fish & Richardson P.C.

Ms. Hoberman's practice focuses on venture capital, private equity and general counseling for emerging as well as later stage and publicly traded companies. Among the many successful New York startups she has counseled are Right Media Inc., Perceptive Pixel and Mojiva. Ms. Hoberman represents clients in a wide range of industries, including biotech, digital media, energy/cleantech, retail, software, Internet and technology, telecommunications and transportation. She has significant experience in the structuring of, and tax planning for, domestic and offshore private equity funds.
