Levy Capital Partners Announces Investment In Synergis Education By Bertelsmann

NEW YORK, April 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Levy Capital Partners, LLC, a new merchant banking firm specializing in financings and M&A for leading growth companies, announced that its principals completed a capital raise last month for Synergis Education from Bertelsmann, the international media, services and education company.  Synergis (www.synergiseducation.com) is a premium full service provider of outsourced education and technology services for colleges and universities, and will use the funds to accelerate key growth initiatives involving the development and management of innovative educational programs. Principals of Levy Capital Partners, acting as registered principals of M&A Securities Group, Inc., served as financial advisor to Synergis Education in connection with this transaction, working closely with the company's senior leadership and Board of Directors.
