LECG Announces New Leadership Teams

PHILADELPHIA, June 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LECG (Nasdaq: XPRT) announced today the promotion of two managing directors to the positions of Regional Managing Partners in the firm's Litigation, Forensics & Finance practice.

Joe Decilveo, a 30-year financial consulting professional who joined the firm earlier this year from Huron Consulting, will assume operational and marketing responsibilities for the Litigation, Forensics and Finance practice on the east coast of the US.  Stan Logan, who also joined the firm earlier this year from Huron Consulting, will oversee the firm's Midwest region and operations in Asia-Pacific, including the firm's new Shanghai office.

Decilveo's career includes testimony before the Securities & Exchange Commission, and advising executive management, audit committees and boards of multi-national companies on accounting principles, regulatory investigations, and asset misappropriation matters. He is a nationally-recognized speaker for the American Bar Association and other professional groups, and a former David Rockefeller Fellow.

Decilveo earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University, and holds CPA certification in Florida, New Jersey, and New York.  

Throughout his 30 year career, Logan has been both a consultant in the areas of corporate governance, internal controls, technical accounting;  and in management roles of multi-national consulting firms in the areas of business planning, strategy, mergers & acquisitions, communications, and team building.  He earned a BA degree from Northwestern University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois.
