Munn comes to the firm by way of Steel Hector & Davis, LLP, where she spent over 19 years and headed the Intellectual Property and Media Law Groups.

Munn has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, 2009®, Intellectual Property Law and in Florida Trend Magazine Legal Elite®, Intellectual Property Litigation. As a member of the American Bar Association she has chaired the Intellectual Property Litigation Committee, for the Litigation Section. As a member of the International Trademark Association Munn chaired the Trial Advocacy Sub-Committee and a subcommittee on alternative dispute resolution and has also spoken at a number of ABA, Florida Bar and International Trademark Association programs on a broad range of topics including intellectual property, media law and international arbitration. She has taught trial practice skills for the National Institute for Trial Advocacy at both national and regional sessions. She also serves as President of Lawyers for Children America, a not-for-profit organization that provides pro bono lawyers to abused and neglected children in Florida and Connecticut.
An undergraduate and Master's graduate of Florida State University, she earned her law degree, with Honors, from Nova Southeastern University, where she was Research Editor of the Law Review. Prior to entering private practice, she clerked for United States District Judge Jose A. Gonzalez, Jr. She is admitted to practice in Florida, including all of its federal courts.
