LAN ECUADOR(R) to Begin Operations to the Galapagos Islands
QUITO and GUAYAQUIL, Ecuador, March 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Starting next September, LAN ECUADOR®, an affiliate of LAN Airlines, will begin regular operations to the Galapagos Islands, offering a daily flight from Quito and Guayaquil.

During its first year of operation in Ecuador's domestic market, the Company has flown more than half a million passengers on domestic routes, which include the cities of Quito, Guayaquil and Cuenca. LAN ECUADOR® celebrates seven years of operations in the country, from where it also provides international connections to the United States, Europe, Chile and Argentina.
