Key Energy Services Appointed Tommy Pipes as Senior Vice President - Industry Relations and Jeff Skelly as Senior Vice President - Rig Services
HOUSTON, July 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Key Energy Services, Inc. (NYSE: KEG) appointed Tommy Pipes to the new position of Senior Vice President – Industry Relations effective June 21, 2010. Mr. Pipes has responsibility over maintaining executive level relationships with Key's diverse customer base and helping to ensure that it is best positioned to satisfy its customers' current and future business needs. Previously, Mr. Pipes was Senior Vice President – Rig Services since October 2008, and he continues to report to Trey Wilson, Key's Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Additionally, Jeff Skelly has joined Key as Senior Vice President – Rig Services effective June 21, 2010. Mr. Skelly replaces Mr. Pipes in that role. Mr. Skelly has direct responsibility over the daily operations of Key's Rig Services line of business and reports directly to Mr. Wilson.

Mr. Pipes joined Key in 1982, and since then he has held various positions with the company including Vice President of Business Development for five years, Group Vice President for the Permian Basin Operations for six years, Area Manager in Odessa, Texas, and District Manager for Key's Seminole Operations beginning in 1987.
Mr. Skelly's most recent role since December 2007 was as Chief Operating Officer at GEODynamics, an energy technology company focused on high performance perforating systems and solutions, and from 2005 to 2007 he was President of Expro Americas, Inc., a diversified oilfield services company. For the eight years prior to working at Expro, Mr. Skelly held various management positions with Halliburton Energy Services in Houston and the Middle East. Mr. Skelly started his career with Schlumberger in Houston and over fifteen years held various positions with the field service, management and sales organizations in the U.S., Middle East, and Europe. Mr. Skelly holds Bachelors of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Ocean Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.
