Kareo Hires Amyra Rand as Vice President of Sales
Veteran sales leader brings extensive expertise selling technology and services to small and mid-sized businesses
IRVINE, Calif., Dec. 3, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Kareo, Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based medical office software and services for small medical practices, announced today that it has hired Amyra Rand as Vice President of Sales. She brings over 15 years of experience building world class technology and service sales teams for high-growth companies. In this new role, Rand joins the Kareo leadership team and will lead the ongoing growth of the company's sales organization.

Rand brings almost two decades of sales experience in the software industry - all focused on helping businesses achieve success through the application of technology and services. Prior to joining Kareo, she was Senior Director of Sales and Segment Leader for the SMB Business Unit at HireRight, a cloud-based human capital management solution provider. In this role, Rand was responsible for leading sales strategy and execution and drove over 400% growth in less than four years. Prior to HireRight, Rand held a number of sales leadership roles at Sage Software, a leading supplier of business management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
