NEW YORK, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JetBlue Airways Corporation (Nasdaq: JBLU) announced today that it will redeem all of its outstanding 3.5% convertible notes due 2033 and all of its outstanding 3.75% convertible notes due 2035 on August 30, 2010 and August 31, 2010, respectively. Approximately $868,000 of the 3.5% Notes and $830,000 of the 3.75% Notes remain outstanding as of July 21, 2010. On and after the date of redemption, interest on both the 3.5% Notes and the 3.75% Notes will cease to accrue.

The trustee and paying agent, Wilmington Trust Company, will send the notices of redemption to the registered holders of the Notes on or about July 21, 2010. Notes are to be surrendered to the trustee in exchange for payment of the redemption price. Further information regarding the mechanics and timing of the calls for redemption will be contained in the applicable trustee notice.
