JetBlue Airways Announces $99 (a) Sale Fare to its 61st Destination: Punta Cana, Dominican Republic
- Daily flights from New York/JFK and weekend flights from Boston's Logan will begin in May (b) -

NEW YORK and BOSTON, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- To celebrate its 61st Blue City, JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU) today announced an introductory $99 (a) sale fare each way between Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) or Boston's Logan International Airport (b). Flights must be booked by February 1, 2010 at www.jetblue.com and travel must take place between May 8 and June 12, 2010. Taxes, fees and restrictions apply (a).
JetBlue will begin daily nonstop flights year-round between Aeropuerto Internacional de Punta Cana and New York/JFK on May 6, 2010, and nonstop weekly flights (on Saturdays) from Boston's Logan International, on May 8, 2010 (b). Punta Cana will be JetBlue's 15th international destination and fourth destination in the Dominican Republic, where the airline has grown substantially in recent years to become the nation's #1 airline (c).
Punta Cana will also be JetBlue's 34th nonstop city from Boston, where the airline already offers service to more nonstop destinations than any other carrier. JetBlue will continue its growth at Logan on May 13, 2010 with new nonstop daily service to its 35th destination: San Jose, California. Flights between Boston and San Jose are now available to book on www.jetblue.com.

JetBlue will operate its Punta Cana service with spacious 150-seat Airbus A320 aircraft.
