Jeff Foxworthy Becomes a Sentry for the USSA
COLUMBUS, Ohio, May 25 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Jeff Foxworthy, one of America's leading entertainers, is the latest celebrity supporting the U.S. Sportsmen's Alliance (USSA) Sentry Program. The USSA developed the program to build an army of volunteers from coast to coast to promote and protect America's outdoor heritage for future generations. There is no cost to become a Sentry.

By becoming a Sentry, sportsmen and sportswomen receive instant information about local and national threats to their outdoor rights, organizing more quickly and efficiently than ever before. They will also act as USSA's "eyes and ears" in locales across the country helping protect and promote conservation programs -- something Jeff Foxworthy feels strongly about.
"I am a lifelong sportsman, hunter and fisherman and have a deep respect for conservation and the outdoors," said Foxworthy. "I am glad to be able to help an organization like the USSA that is on the front lines every day defending our rights to be in the field. I encourage every sportsman and woman in this country to join with me and become a Sentry."
Again, there is no cost to be a Sentry and requires only a minimal amount of information from those interested. To sign up or for more information, contact the USSA at 614-888-HUNT, visit www.ussportsmen.org/beasentry, or e-mail [email protected].
"We could not be more grateful that Jeff has stepped up to the plate to help us continue our mission of advancing America's heritage of hunting, fishing, trapping and shooting," said Bud Pidgeon, USSA president and CEO. "By coming together under the Sentry Program, sportsmen will enhance our ranks and collectively stand tall for our heritage."
