Simons, along with New Leaf's Defenders of Taste, officially christened the tour (complete with a newly branded tour bus), at the Fancy Food Show in NYC this past weekend. The tour, in conjunction with Simons' new album "Can You Hear Me," will continue through July 18. Simons is currently opening for REO Speedwagon and Pat Benatar.
