Firm Will Focus on New York City and Other U.S Real Estate Projects
NEW YORK, May 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Boris Kuzinez, a veteran international real estate developer and entrepreneur, today announced the formation of his New York-based firm, Five Points Development, to handle his expansion into the U.S. luxury property market.
Mr. Kuzinez, who for nearly three decades has spearheaded record-breaking and award-winning luxury residential and commercial projects in Russia, has successfully built more than 3 million square feet. His notable work includes the rebirth of Moscow's Ostozhenka District, now known as the "Golden Mile" or Moscow's "Billionaire's Row," as well as the Tsvetnoy Central Market, Moscow's premier department store that opened in 2010. The project has garnered multiple awards, including Vogue Russia's "Store of the Year" in 2012, and WGSN's "Best Department Store in the World" in 2013, beating out Harrods in London and Colette in Paris.
Five Points Development's first signature stateside project will be a residential skyscraper at 262 Fifth Avenue in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood near Madison Square Park.
Mr. Kuzinez is President of Five Points Development and splits his time between Israel and New York. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Kuzinez is also owner and chairman of the largest private education company in Israel, the Kidum Group.
