Patrick Monaghan joins the iRent team, bringing nearly 15 years of legal, strategic and principal investment experience. Mr. Monaghan began his professional career as an investment banker at Citigroup Global Markets, where he advised tech, media and telecom companies on M&A advisory and capital markets issues. He is currently a senior foreign attorney at Kim & Chang, one of Asia's largest law firms, with a focus on private equity and venture capital, while also acting as a legal and financial advisor to several startup companies and a startup accelerator with operations in Asia, Europe and the U.S.
