INVITE Networks Partners With Cobalt Data Centers As Exclusive Telecommunications Agent
LAS VEGAS, Jan. 15, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Cobalt Data Centers – a multi-tenant data center operator that provides customers a unique blend of secure, high-density, network-rich colocation and high-touch customer service – recently contracted with INVITE Networks to serve as Cobalt's exclusive telecommunications agent and to act as Cobalt's Carrier Relations Department.
In this role, INVITE Networks will be responsible for carrier management which includes interfacing with carriers on procurement of new and existing services, resolving billing issues, contract renewals, and troubleshooting service issues.
"Our ability to negotiate the litany of carriers and the various connectivity options is critical as a business is deciding which data center to select – INVITE fills that void," states Ryan Draayer, Co-Founder of INVITE Networks. Founded in 2011, INVITE Networks is led by three key principals: Ryan Draayer, Adam Asay, and Josh Whiting. Their backgrounds include a combined total of over 30 years of experience in network architecture and engineering, telecommunications, and advanced Data Center deployments.
"The INVITE team has extensive engineering and professional carrier expertise that can help us be more competitive in the marketplace," states Jeff Brown, President of Cobalt Data Centers. "We feel the real 'win' here for our customers is to have an in-house department with the relationships with all of the AT&T's, Verizon's, CenturyLink's of the telecommunications world and be able to very quickly identify the best connectivity at the most competitive price." INVITE Networks was founded on the premise that today's carrier agencies and vendors are lacking something fundamental - high-end engineering support and services.
