Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. Announces Promotions

LOUISVILLE, Ky., March 23, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. (NYSE: IVR) today announces it has named Robson J. Kuster, currently head of research, to the additional position of Chief Operating Officer and has named three members of the investment team as Managing Directors.

The following have been named Managing Directors:

Jason Marshall, Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Management
David Lyle, Managing Director, Head of Residential Mortgage Credit
Kevin Collins, Managing Director, Head of Commercial Mortgage Credit
