Introducing The Encompass Group Of Real Estate Services
PORTLAND, Ore., June 30, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move to highlight its unique, multi-faceted approach to real estate, Caliber Real Estate Oregon is transitioning to Encompass Realty | Property Management | Design & Renovation.
While the company currently does offer all these services, they wanted a streamlined cohesive message. As a result, Elisha Alcantara, Principal Broker/Owner, has formed Encompass, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients and brokers.
"The inspiration is to identify a clear and focused message about what we have to offer the real estate market," Alcantara said. "We have created a niche in not only the services we provide, but with our philosophy that we approach everything with."
With 40 brokers, Encompass provides a team of experts who specialize in traditional real estate, foreclosures, renovations, relocation services, and property management.
Encompass also provides an avenue for people interested in investing and flipping properties to access experienced brokers and contractors who will then walk them through every step of the process. Alcantara herself is a licensed general contractor who, with her team of Project Managers, has completed over one hundred renovation and new construction projects.
Parallel to transitioning to Encompass Realty, Alcantara and her team are also launching a non-profit organization called The Encompass Life Foundation. This foundation will be geared toward benefitting women and youth in the Portland Metro-Area with a focus on housing and education.
"I believe in people – people are my passion," Alcantara said. "Creating the non-profit based on my vision and my values allows me to reach more members of the community in a way that resonates with me."
