Introducing CredentialSafe, A Revolutionary New Healthcare Industry Service from A-Check America
RIVERSIDE, Calif., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- A-Check America, a global leader in Background Screening, Substance Abuse Testing, Applicant Tracking, and Applicant Assessments, announced today it has leveraged its prowess in Database Technology and considerable financial resources to create CredentialSafe.
CredentialSafe is a revolutionary new service that offers continuity, scalability, and standardization to all stakeholders in the Healthcare Industry, including Practitioners, Healthcare Facilities, Insurance Companies, and Medical Staffing Agencies.
For 12 years, A-Check has provided thousands of Human Resource Departments across the country a comprehensive product service offering designed to expedite applicants through the hiring process. A-Check's signature Background Screening service significantly mitigates the risk involved in hiring for over 3,000 clients nationwide.
The past two years, A-Check has researched the credentialing process and strongly believes the company's experience in providing technology-enabled information services will bring the industry one step closer to creating a bureau that will standardize the nation's credentialing process.
"A-Check is very serious about not only competing in the space but to provide a platform that will revolutionize the industry. We are introducing an efficient, technology-based, highly standardized system to replace the long, archaic, and drawn-out processes currently used by today's Medical Staffing Professionals," said Carlos Lacambra, president of A-Check.
"Today's unique-to-the-organization processes significantly delay the time it takes to get the Healthcare Professional practicing and it is our goal to not only reduce these delays but to also mitigate the risk for all involved," Lacambra said.
"Managed Care, Healthcare Organizations and Independent Practitioners have long been seeking a standardized technology at a competitive price point that is backed by a far-reaching information network, which A-Check provides," Lacambra said. "Our highly evolved data network is poised to provide the Medical Industry a quality and expedience in the credentialing process never before experienced."
A-Check's dedication to constant innovation, ability to customize information technology services according to client needs and a strong customer-centric philosophy provides the organization an excellent operational platform to build a quality Credentialing Service.
The initial roll out of A-Check's new CredentialSafe division is scheduled for Nov. 1, 2010. The initial service offering will provide Practitioners a centralized data repository to store, manage and output their credentialing information for simplified application submission.
CredentialDirect, the upcoming Practitioner Management System encompassing all phases of the credentialing process, will be ready in 2011.
A-Check is part of the $800m ACT-1 Group of companies. ACT-1 includes organizations specializing in Contingent Workforce, Vendor Management, Payroll Processing, Applicant Tracking, and Continuing Education. A-Check is a founding member of NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners), and is a Certified Oracle Partner. A-Check operates from a new 30,000 sq. ft. call center and technology facility in Riverside, CA with 165 employees.
