Interstate National's Stars Land World Headquarters in Atlanta

ATLANTA, April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Interstate National Corp., a portfolio company of Golden Gate Capital, announced relocation plans for their World Headquarters in Atlanta are near completion.  

Interstate National's new headquarters will house their family of seven industry-leading brands including Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS), National Warranty Corp. / Payment Insured Plan, Inc. (NWC), Provida Group, MBAC, INDS Canada and RpmOne's management, sales and call center teams.  The new facility will accommodate a team of seasoned professionals relocating from regional offices, fresh talent from the Atlanta market and top industry leaders from around the country.  "We are proud to hire numerous professionals from the Atlanta area which is rich in automotive industry talent and professionalism," Interstate CEO, Shaun Fetherston announced.
