International Safety Group Announces Addition of Charles Gargano to Board of Directors
PURCHASE, N.Y., Feb. 21, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- International Safety Group, (OTC BB: ISGI), an occupational risk management services company, today announced the appointment of Charles Gargano to its Board of Directors. Mr. Gargano, a licensed professional engineer, was a partner in Posillico Construction and Engineering Corporation for 21 years before entering public service.
Charles Gargano has spent more than 20 years in public service at the Federal and State level, serving two presidents as well as the administration of Governor Pataki. He was also appointed by Governor Pataki and served as Chairman and CEO of the Empire State Development Corporation and Vice-Chairman of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey from 1995 to 2007. Mr. Gargano was also a United States Ambassador to the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago from 1988 to 1991 and was also appointed Deputy Administrator of the Federal Urban Mass Transportation Administration in 1981. Mr. Gargano attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and Manhattan College and holds bachelors and masters degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA. Charles Gargano also holds four honorary doctorate degrees.
