Interactions Corporation Selects Dean Breda to fill new general counsel position

BOSTON, May 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Interactions Corporation, provider of the most conversational, natural language applications for customer care, announced today that Dean Breda has joined the company as General Counsel.  Breda, who brings over 25 years of legal experience, will be responsible for Interactions' legal affairs across the organization.

Breda most recently served as General Counsel for ZipCar, a role in which he served for the past three years, highlighted by the company's IPO in 2011 and its sale to Avis Budget Group in early 2013.

Prior to ZipCar, Breda served in a General Counsel role for several technology firms, including Demandware, VistaPrint and StorageNetworks.
