Insuline Medical Wins Prestigious Red Dot Award for Product Design of its InsuPad Flagship Product

PETAH TIKVA, Israel, August 4, 2014 /PRNewswire/ --

Insuline Medical (TASE: ANSL), announced today that its flagship product, the InsuPad, has been awarded the prestigious Red Dot Award for international product design.  The Red Dot Award Winners were announced in June, with a festive award ceremony held on July 7th in Essen, Germany.  This is the second international design prize for the InsuPad this year, the first being the IF Award for International Marketing Product Design in February.

This year, the Red Dot jury, comprised of 40 members, evaluated 4,815 submissions from 53 countries.   The jury tested, discussed and evaluated all products live and on-site, examining each entry according to the following criteria: Degree of innovation, Functionality, Formal quality, Ergonomics, Durability, Symbolic and emotional content, Product periphery, Self-explanatory quality and Ecological compatibility.
