The Company announced that it has received inquiries from two traditional healthcare companies and a major smart phone company with expressions of interest, or formal plans. Management is evaluating options with each of the potential partners and has initially agreed to migrate its MD@Hand and MD@Work technologies to the Apple iPad, Motorola Xoom, Blackberry Playbook and Samsung Galaxy tablet (pad) computer systems. The company estimates that the technology migration will be complete within 60 days.
Keith Berman, CFO and Secretary of InstaCare commented, "We have received inquiry from two traditional healthcare service companies and a large smart phone provider. Each of these organizations has voiced unique needs and has determined that to catch up to the rapidly evolving EMR/EHR standards as well as offering the highly exciting e-detailing service to pharmaceutical companies, they have to move quickly. We continue to believe that our best available alternative would be to form partnerships to market our technology to new and alternative markets."

The market reaction, including inquiries and proposals from traditional healthcare service companies and a smart phone provider has reinforced our confidence that we have not only the ideal product for the new healthcare marketplace, but perhaps our cell phone-centric solution is the only completed and ready-to-deploy product that will work in an environment where mandates are the order of the day."
