LOS ANGELES, March 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- InstaCare Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: ISCR), a leading provider of prescription drugs, home testing products for the chronically ill, a leading fulfillment provider of direct to patient diabetes programs, and a leading developer of revolutionary patent pending cell phone centric e-health products and technologies, announced today that it is ready to ship its new pharmaceutical e-detailing Mobile Health Media System, known as MD@Detail.
The Company is also in serious, high-level discussions with two large pharmaceutical firms and a smart phone provider for strategic partnerships whereby physicians would receive the iPad free of charge in return for a subscription to the e-detailing media service. This model is currently widely in use in the prescription detailing market. InstaCare will be paid fees by the e-detailing sponsor to distribute the e-detailing media content.
Keith Berman, Secretary and CFO of InstaCare commented, "We have received inquiry from three large parties that already have a stake in the $3 billion pharma e-detailing (advertising) marketplace. All three of these companies have special needs and have determined that to move to the head of the pack they will need to better merchandise their messages. InstaCare's MD@Detail is immediately available and the Company expects to move quickly to completed partnership agreements."
